"In Novotel Porto Algere, the room is comfortable with TV, desk and even a small sofa. Nothing very luxurious but quite good. Neighbourhood is very quiet.
Service is very sympathetic although the room service is a little bit low. Make sure you ask for your meals 40 minutes in advance.
