Stayed at this hotel twice in 2 years with very good service both times. Excelent breakfast buffet clean and tidy rooms and nice simming pool and gym (not that I used the gym I prefered the nice quite bar).

We have just come back from a long weekend at this hotel. It's a modern hotel, part of a chain, and looking at other traveller photos the rooms all seem to be identical. Ours was on the fifth floor with a not very attractive view of a car park, but it was clean and had all the baiscs. The room was abit tired though and in need of some redecorating. The advertised room price was 225 Euros, which is not a good price for the hotel. We paid alot less as we had a contact who worked there but I would advise you find a cheaper deal than the quoted price or you will feel ripped off. Breakfast was adequate and no more and again if it's not included in your room rate it's not worth 17 Euros, go to one of the many coffee shops instead. I have to agree with earlier review that the storage space in the rooms is awful. Even for two guys there was very little space to store anything. The hotel is central and we could walk everywhere we needed to go which is always good. I think it would also have been quiter than the Novotel off the Grand Place which was on a busy square, always full of tourists, and cars driving on cobbles (suprisingly noisy). Staff were all friendly and had good english.
Eating out was a hit and miss affair. You will find a concentration of restaurants just of the Grand Place in the Eating Streets. Some were good and some poor. We were recommended Restaurant Vincent just off the main eating street which was excellent both times we went.
Belgians in Brussells are undoubtedly more friendly than the French in Paris, and more multi lingual, which helps make your stay abit more relaxing.

We stayed here over the New Year holidays 2007 and it was great, the staff are very helpful and the rooms are very clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and the food was fresh and hot.
I will definately stay here again when in Brussels as it is ideally located for tourist.
