Totally cool hotel. I would always stay in novotel hotels in South America and this one is no exception. Great swimming pool and nice pool side chairts and bar. Our room was air conditioned and not able to openthe windows which was a shame because I like fresh airt., but other than that small fault the whole experince was fab. Thanks!

Wir verbrachten unsere Flitterwochen in Natal und stiegen in diesem Hotel ab. Ursprünglich waren wir in einem normalen Zimmer untergebracht, aber am zweiten Tag erzählten wir dem Personal an der Rezeption, dass wir in unseren Flitterwochen seien. So gab man uns ein Zimmer mit Seeblick und stellte uns auf Kosten des Hauses einen Obstkorb aufs Zimmer! Das Hotel selbst ist sehr hübsch. Es scheint hauptsächlich von Geschäftsleuten besucht zu werden und war während unseres Aufenthalts recht ruhig. Den Hotelpool hatten wir die meiste Zeit für uns allein. Wir hatten Übernachtung mit Frühstück gebucht. Das Frühstück war immer hervorragend. Am Abend bietet das Hotel kostenlose Snacks im Barbereich, was einem gelegen kommt, wenn man hungrig ist. Wir aßen nicht immer im Hotel zu Abend, da wir lieber ausgehen und die Gegend erkunden wollten. Wir können das Restaurant Table de Carne (so hieß es, glaube ich, da mein Gedächtnis etwas nachlässt) empfehlen, wenn man gerne Fleisch isst. Ich habe noch nie so einen Fleischteller gesehen! Es war nicht so schlimm, dass meine Frau und ich kein Portugiesisch sprachen. Einer der Angestellten an der Rezeption, Alcir, sprach Englisch und nahm uns unter seine Fittiche. Wenn wir irgendwohin wollten oder irgendetwas unternehmen wollten, organisierte es Alcir für uns mit einem Lächeln. Ich glaube, wenn er nicht gewesen wäre, hätten wir doch unsere Mühe gehabt, da die meisten Brasilianer, denen wir begegneten, kein Englisch sprachen. Das soll jedoch die Verdienste der übrigen Hotelangestellten nicht schmälern, die alle herzlich und freundlich waren. Alles in allem verbrachten wir herrliche Flitterwochen in Natal und ich kann das Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen.

We had our honeymoon in Natal and stayed at this hotel. Initially we were allocated a standard room but on our second day we told the reception staff we were on our honeymoon. They arranged for us to be transferred to a room with a sea view and placed a complimentary fruit basket in the room for us! The hotel itself is lovely. It appears to cater mainly for businesspeople and was fairly quiet when we stayed. We had the hotel pool to ourselves most days. We stayed on a B&B basis. The breakfasts were wonderful. In the evening the hotel has free refreshments in the bar area, which was handy when you are hungry. We didn't have any evening meals at the hotel, as we preferred to go out and explore. We would recommend a place called Table de Carne (I think, as my memory is a little foggy) if you are a meat eater. I have never seen such a platter of meat! It didn't help that my wife and I knew no Portuguese. One of the receptionists, Alcir, spoke English and took us under his wing. If we wanted to go anywhere or do anything Alcir would organise it for us with a friendly smile. If it wasn't for him I think we would have struggled as most of the Brazilians we met spoke no English. However that is not to detract from the other hotel staff who were universally warm and friendly. All in all, we had an excellent honeymoon in Natal, and I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.
