Great Bargin in Garden District and lower St. Charles. Paid $89 per night for a Friday/Saturday stay. Room are clean, well maintained, and roomy.Plus: Rates, Location, Courteous staff, nice restaurant downstairs, comfortable room.Minus: Parking (valet fee $18 per night) only alternative is parking on side street with no security, "thin walls" between rooms (loud TV !st night, amorous couple next morning).Overall nice hotel, would stay again

This place is the spot to be! The Grand Boutique is awesom! The staff was wonderful, the rooms were well appointed and the funky decor was sweet! I mostly noticed young trendy types staying or wealthier elderly people. Those are tough crowds to please so you know this hotel is doing their job! I have stayed almost everywhere in new orleans and i can honestly say for the money, you cant beat it. It is on line with the W or the Westin for half the price!

I had a miserable time at another hotel, and quickly switched here last minute! What a relief finding this place! I was in town for jazz fest and got a fantastic brand new room at a fantastic price! The staff was fabulous and the bed....let me just tell you...was the best i have ever slept in!You MUST check it out! Dont let the older pictures fool you this place is beautiful! I will be returning next year! Lets hope it is just as fantastic!

I stayed at this property early April 2008. I wanted to enjoy new orleans without being in the hustle and bustle of the french quarter. I found a perfect haven in the Clarion Grand Boutique Hotel. Not only did they have a friendly staff, but the rooms were brand new as well! I slept like a baby in the beds, I even went so far as to ask the manager ken where he got them! I felt so trendy staying here, the rooms decor was very modern, but still inviting! The bar was really hip too, check that out when your there! Their martini selection was awesome, and the chocolate martini was to die for! I reccomend staying at this place, and will return soon hopefully!

This place is so different! The rooms are awesome. The balcony was great, and the jacuzzi rocked! The bar downstairs was so fun it had an ice bar! I LOVED this place. I will totally be back! The rooms themselves were so nice and large! The newer reviews are right on. This place is not to be missed!
