È un albergo aeroportuale, non c'è molto altro a dire. Non pagate più di €75 perché rimarreste delusi. Quando sono arrivato ero stanco, il check-in è stato veloce e non ho visto molto dell'albergo, me ne sono andato molto presto la mattina successiva. La navetta è gratuita e 24 ore su 24, anche se questo non è scritto sul depliant informativo all'aeroporto. Ma tanto meglio così. Le camere erano un po' logore e avrebbero bisogno di essere migliorate, sono stato in dei Novotel molto più belli. Ma, tutto sommato, avevo un buon letto per la notte e la camera era di buone dimensioni. Non c'era nessuno alla reception quando volevo fare il check-out quindi ho dovuto urlare "monsieur" per attirare l'attenzione di qualcuno e non perdere la navetta per l'aeroporto.

Its an airport hotel, what more can I say... Don't pay more than 75 EUR, you will be disappointed... I was tired upon arrival, swiftly checked in so didnt see much of the hotel - I left very early the next morning. The airport shuttle is free and runs throughout the night, although this isnt indicated on the information given at the airport. But I was grateful for that! The rooms were a bit tired and are in need of a real upgrade, I've stayed in much nicer Novotel's... But, it was a bed for the night and the room was quite a good size. There was nobody at the desk upon check out, so I had to shout "monsieur" in order to get some attention, before the airport bus left!

I am for Malaysia and i stayed in Novotel Brussels Airport for 2 weeks in December 2006. I had the best experience in my life. A special thanks to Maud, the manager incharge, who did her very best to make my stay a very confortable one. She really when all out of her way, just to make all her guest have an excellent stay and she provided 1st class service. All the hotel staff were just excellent. They always had a smile on their faces, which made my stay very homely. A special thanks too, to Sebastien (assistant chief) who was very professional and friendly. They all projected a very sincere, professional and warm personality. The hotel serves good enjoyable meals at the restaurant, and they also have a wine specialist at hand to give you his expert opinion. The rooms are cosy and refreshing as it provides simplicity as well as a modern feel. Travelling is a bliss, as they provide free shuttle from the hotel to the airport, which makes it very convenient for travellers. Kuddos to them all, and keep up the great job!

OK hotel close to the airport (they have a shuttle minibus service and the journey only takes 2-3 minutes). Rooms typically Novotel, but getting a bit tired. Nothing much around the hotel to get excited about so I would only stay if I needed to get to the airport early or arrived late. Breakfast a bit disappointing. Reception staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast staff could be more welcoming.

Vicino all'aeroporto (c'è una navetta che impiega 2-3 minuti). Le camere sono tipiche dei Novotel ma cominciano a essere un po' vecchie. Non c'è molto attorno all'albergo ma ci tornerei se avessi un volo la mattina presto o la sera tardi. La colazione è stata un po' deludente. Il personale della reception è gentile e disponibile. Il personale della colazione potrebbe essere più ospitale.
