We booked into this hotel as a stopover to the south. We booked two rooms (one superiour and one standard) and they where exactly the same apart from the standard room had a view of the lake but the superior which cost more money looked out over the car park. Both rooms where quiet and the beds comfortable but they could have done with being upgraded the furniture was very tatty. the room had an ensuite bathroom with hairdryer and shower over bath. It also had a mini bar but was fairly expensive. We arrived mid afternoon and had a pleasent stroll around the lake before diner at 7pm. lovely food in restaurant, I recommend the three bean soup, and chicken with risotto rice. there is a large playground a short walk away. the indoor playarea isn't very interesting only had building blocks. Staff where very polite and spoke excellent english.

Nous nous sommes arrêtés dans cet hôtel pour une nuit alors que nous nous rendions dans le sud. Nous avons pris deux chambres (une supérieure et une standard) et elles étaient exactement les mêmes sauf que la chambre standard donnait sur le lac et la chambre supérieure qui est pourtant plus chère donnait sur le parking. Toutes les deux étaient calmes et avaient des lits confortables. Mais elles avaient besoin d’un petit coup de neuf car les meubles étaient bien vieux. Les chambres avaient chacune une salle de bain avec sèche-cheveux et douche au-dessus de la baignoire. Il y avait aussi un minibar mais assez cher. Nous sommes arrivés en milieu d’après-midi et nous nous sommes baladés autour du lac avant de dîner à 19h00. Le restaurant était délicieux, je vous recommande la soupe aux trois haricots et le risotto au poulet. Il y a une grande aire de jeu pour les enfants non loin à pied. La salle de jeux à l’intérieur de l’hôtel n’avait aucun intérêt : il n’y avait qu’un jeu de cubes . Le personnel était très poli et parlait très bien anglais.

This was a typical brand hotel with a large, deep, cold, outdoor pool. The room was standard size, clean, and comfortable. The hotel was nothing special but was in easy reach from the airport, (10 mins max). The breakfasts at 12 euros each was overpriced for the food you were given. The evening meals were also overpriced for the food, and we went to a resturant 3 mins away which was good value and the food was superb, (to get there turn left at the hotel where the car showrooms are and it is on a hill on the right)- really worth it. Theres not much to do in Limoges but it is a handy hotel near the airport, to cut the journey up.

Only stayed at this hotel on the way to Southern France. It is on the outskirts of the town adjoing a trading estate. However from the terrace you have a view of the lake, which provides a pleasant walk. The lobby bar and restaraunt were all open plan. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, just what was needed after a long drive.
