Visited Orleans for a client meeting - fine for a business hotel and comfortable rooms (actually better than expected) Decent breakfast, but do not expect to get quick service at the bar in the evening - I ordered a bottle of wine for myself and my work colleagues before our taxi to dinner arrived and we were waiting almost 40 mins... I cancelled my order, but they still charged my room. You have been warned! Other than that, just fine

Hotel très bien situé dans un parc boisé assez calme et ce malgré une route très fréquentée aux abords de l'hotel. Les chambres supérieures sont très bien agencées et décorées. Personnel sympathique et accueillant.

After a long drive up from the south of France we were looking forward to our overnight stay. What a disappointment. It was virtually impossible to find any staff to serve us. We waited for 15 minutes just to get a beer and considering the rugby was televised and poeople were in the bar, one would have expected the bar to be staffed. Dinner was a nightmare. A table was booked for 9 pm. We eventually sat down at 9.30. People were walking at of the restuarant. They could not cope, our meals were thrown together and the attitude of the staff was one of take it or leave it.We did, however make a compliant, which resulted in them not charging for our meals. It was such a shame that our last evening in France was spent in this hotel.

Great convenient location. The hotel is currently undergoing renovation but the work does not occur during usual sleeping hours. Breakfast buffet was good although it would have been nice to see a little more variety. My only difficulty was with the lack of internet access in the rooms, most rooms are only dial-up. Wireless is available but you have to sit in the lobby bar or restaurant or be lucky enough to be staying in one of the few rooms with access. The staff was very pleasant and accomodating. Plenty of parking and a lot of Chateau sites not too far away.
