Stayed here for two nights in August. We had one night in an older room and one in one of the upgraded rooms. Both were clean and comfortable.
Had a meal in the resturant both nights. On the second night it was my daugters birthday. The staff were brilliant and made the day really special.
The location is on the outskits of town with a couple of restuarants with in walking distance but not much else.
On our departure I asked if I could print out some boarding cards for my flight home. I was told this was not possible as they had no computers or printers for guests. I was directed to an internet cafe in the centre of Colmar. A big minus for a so called hotel for business travellers!
Overall I would book somewhere else next time .

This hotel is average. The rooms are older and its more of a motel. The restaurant is modern, very nice. They have a good swimming pool. The hotel has secured parking - they have a gate that closes at a certain time in the evenings so your car is safe. The parking lot has security cameras. The hotel is about a 10 minute drive to the main downtown area. We traveled by car so we have no input to provide regarding use of public transportation. Rooms were a bit too expensive for the age/condition of the room. The A/C did not work well and the rooms were small. Its right next to their small airport, but we never heard any noise from aircraft.

Quiet setting by airport that had very few flights. This Novotel had two types of rooms. I prefered the older version that had shower/bath tub rather than shower alone.
