We reserved 2 rooms, when we got there thay had only 1 for us and made no attempt to get us our second room. The room they showed online was GORGEOUS. Our room looked like a hundred-year-old lady had recently died and they just kept all her threadbare, mushy furniture. Tiny bathroom (couldn't close the door and sit correctly on toilet!), shower drain didn't drain. Stinky, couldn't close the french doors (and we had two toddler). SUPER tiny elevator (fits 2 people, and even that's tight). No restaurant. I will say that it was convenient to the Eiffel Tower, but that's about it. If you're looking for a nasty room that you don't want to spend much time in, this is for you!

Fraudulent - that should be the word used for the way this hotel describes itself. It is a ramshackle building - with a unfriendly uncaring staff. Everytime you asked them for something like - shower curtain - can you put it in - the whole bathroom is wet- the paint in the bathtub is peeling - it was always - " we will try" and they didn't - too busy gossiping to do anything
The rooms are stuffy and pathetic - there are no "views of the Seine" - unless you have X-ray vision
The bed was really small - about as wide as a single bed in even the "motel 6" in the USA.
The equipment provided barely works - and is in bad shape - the fridge - it was a kitchenette ( with old crockery) - had no door for the freezer so virtually anything we put in the main fridge-froze.
Simple things such as a shower curtain were not provided - I requested for one and it was not entertained.
No room safe though it is advertised - none at the reception either.
I would have walked out - if it had not been a "deal" - fully prepaid on credit card
How the accor group owns this hotel I cannot imagine - even their own 2 star ibis chains are a hundred percent better than this heap
Whoever gave it three stars - it should be zero stars - the hotel was the sore point of our first visit to Paris.

A friend and I stayed at this hotel for five nights . It's located in the 15th arr., a mostly residential area, and across a quiet street from the Javel Metro stop. The exterior of the hotel is simple and inside it's exceedingly comfy and pleasant. There's an elevator - no lugging your bags up the stairs. The concierges, specifically Manuel, were consistently friendly and helpful. Some English spoken. Our "room" was actually a serviced apartment (cleaned every day), tastefully furnished and decorated, consisting of two bedrooms (one full size bed, one twin) a generous sitting room with table and chairs, a wonderful little kitchen, bath w/shower and a separate toilet room. Firm mattresses. The entire apt. was spotlessly clean and did not smell of cigarettes, either! The many windows opened onto a courtyard and a treed view. We asked for more hangers and were supplied them immediately. Having a kitchen - and a wonderful boulangerie less than a block away - (fresh croissants for breakfast) saved us some money. There are several good restaurants walking dist. No internet (wi fi around the corner) but still, a very good value and a pleasant place to stay.
