I stayed here for four nights, and was really impressed. The rooms are very spacious and sparkling clean - and the staff are very helpful. In fact they gave out better information than the tourist office about train and bus timetables, things to do in the area, etc. I don´t normally like chain hotels, but the Mercure was great. Couldn´t fault it.

me he sentido estafada, pues ellos ponen en la pagina bookin.com k si la cancelación de la reserva se hace antes de las 18 horas de la fecha de entrada, no se procedera al cargo de la estancia. y no es real, a mi me aceptaron la cancelacion, hecha correctamente y en cambio, aun estoy esperando me sea devuelto el cargo k realizaron en mi tarjeta, pagando asi una estancia k no realice. aparte de k si te pones en contacto con ellos. ni siquiera te dan una explicación. y te tratan con evasivas, pero no dan soluciones.
