We stayed at this hotel for a 2-day offsite workshop with about a dozen people. Proximity of tram was alredy mentioned at was what robbed some participants of their sleep, so getting a room out the back might be a good idea. One colleague had to complain and get a new room because her bathroom apparently had not been cleaned were it mattered. My main impressions: Choice of soft and hard pillow a definite plus, bed was average sized and not too soft. Bahtroom was OK, but shower-cum-bathtub and shower curtain showed spots of dead mildew in the corners. Furniture generally looked a bit worn, with chips and dents at the edges, some of the wallpapering showing cracks and splits. Air conditioning in the meeting room could not keep up and it was getting stuffier and stuffier as the day wore on. Breakfast buffet was average, some some colleagues getting up later reported the bacon and the cheese and sausage selection looked a bit "sad". Dinner was mixed, but definitely worse than food I have sampled at the same chain in previous years. Location with the Kurpark round the corner and Cannstatt city center a 10 minute stroll away (or Stuttgart main trainstation a 13 EUR taxi ride) is not bad.

Ein toller Urlaub. Wir hatten einen Obstkorb auf dem Zimmer und hatte sogar ein großes Wohnzimmer. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Stuttgart sehr genossen.
