Just spent 3 nights and it was a very good experience. Very good house (seems new to me), good value and located in the center of the tourist and hotel zone. Nice service, free parking. Very much to be recommended

Spent a total of three nights in two stays within a week. Best value in Guate. Rooms are HUGE and very comfortable. Kitchenette, nice bar, full refrigerator, etc. Restaurant is very servicable...not spectacular, but just fine for a hotel. I like a firm mattress...so it was good for me, but some may find too firm. Location is terrrific. The staff was fabulous....everyone was very concerned about how/what we were doing (part of a group coming for my son's wedding) ...and anytime we needed, went out of their way to do whatever they could. Many of the staff speak excellent English, so was even more helpful. Bottom line--I would book again without any question..

This jewel is the best hotel in Zone 10, and at a price that can't be beat! Excellent location, rooms are spacious beyond belief, hotel staff are courteous and helpful, and breakfast is par excellent! I have stayed in many hotels in many countries; I eagerly anticipate the next time I get to stay at the Mercure Casa Veranda.

First time staying at this hotel. Usually stay at the Hotel Radisson just down the street. Rooms = Amazing. Wood floors, decent size kitchen, 2 room suites..very comfortable. Room service/food was excellent... Cons- Problems with upper story pumbling... was moved to another floor...bed was alittle stiff.....Internet $10.00 per 24 hour bloc. Will return.. great location right in front of a mall and in zone 10... very nice place... booked on coporate rate which was very competitive...
