Stayed here mid May with partner and child (8yrs), only a few minutes walk from the Tivoli gardens. They accepted the check-in at 10.50am and upgraded the room to larger bed rather than charging us for a pull out bed. The room for once looked similar to the pictures on the website, stylish modern and very clean. Breakfast was plentiful with a good choice. Staff very friendly and Lobby area and decor was very smart looking. My only drawbacks was the air-conditioning unit didn't cool the room down enough and by opening the windows the noise from the street below was very loud. I would recommend asking for a room at the back of the hotel this might eliminate that problem. But overall good value 300 euro for both nights Bed breakfast and afternoon tea snacks all included if you wish.

Hi,
I was on a business trip for 5 days mid-April.
I read the bad reviews but could not find any other free hotel.
I was positivly surprised!
+ The hotel was just renovated- new everything- shower, room, lobby etc.
+ Organic, spoiling breakfast
+ Responsive helpdesk
+ Free coffee, tea
+ Includes coffee+Snack at 17 and light dinner in the price!
+ Room is cleaned everyday.
- As other people told, the bad part is the small rooms

Based on positive comments in a popular travel guide, and from a positive experience with a Clarion Collectionhotel in Stockholm, we booked this hotel. This was a big mistake. The hotel was disorganized from the get-go. Our room was serviced only occasionally and the buffet breakfast was minimal. The front desk didn't seem to give a darn. One positive: the location is central to all attractions. There are much better choices, such as the Hotel Absalon which we moved to.
