Well positioned hotel 3/4 minutes to the inner harbour. No restaurant but massive choice within a few minutes. English spoken in reception and gated parking available at 10 euros. This is a bonus as parking is "PAYANT" in the centre and hard to find at week ends. Conventional rooms with mini bar but no kettle.
Room 302 to the front, good view over the Normandie Bridge could be noisy but double glazing very efficient . Most satisfactory stay

This is an excellent hotel,5 minutes walk from the centre. The service was exceptional with a very willing and helpful staff. The beds were very comfortable with cotton linen and the bathroom was better than many high class hotels I have stayed in,in particular, the lighting. For its price this hotel is very good value and I have no hesitation in recommending it.

Stayed here for one night in Apri. Have always found the Mercure chain a very reliable and good value place to stay in France and this was no exception.
Hotel is located about five minutes walk from the centre, overlooking the river and outskirts of town. There is a secure gated car park at the back. Public areas are limited to a breakfast room, and a small bar/reception area, but the hotel is priced accordingly. The room and bathroom were comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. We stayed room only, preferring to buy an excellent value breakfast in a little cafe overlooking the harbour - there are lots to choose from.
The town of Honfleur itself is a great place to stay; I imagine it is especially magical at Christmas. There is an endless selection of places to eat and, drink, many with great views over the harbour. There is also a fabulous array of shops to explore. It was my first visit to this town and I was impressed to find such a great place so close to home. It is just a stone's throw from Le Harve or an easy 30 mile drive from Caen (via some lovely 'olde world' seaside towns such as Deauville). I would highly recommend this location and hotel as either a stopover 'en route' for those travelling further south, or for a weekend break in its own right.

We stayed for four nights with our friends and none of us were able to fault the hotel. The staff were all very polite and nothing seemed to be any trouble for them.
We had asked for quiet rooms at the back of the hotel on the top floor - these were very good, clean and quite spacious. We had also asked to reserve a space in the secure car park at the back of the hotel at a cost of 7 Euros a day and we would certainly recommend doing this as the spaces at the front of the hotel are soon taken.
The hotel is situated very well and we were able to walk into the centre of Honfleur.
We would certainly recommend this hotel and intend to return ourselves.
