The hotel is quite regular, just close to the train station (10 min. walk from the town center).
Breakfast quite good.
One big problem: the wifi internet access is really expensive (5?/30min!).

As an Accorcard holder I'm always trying Novotel, Mercure or Ibis; They are standard fare. The Mercure in Braunschweig is outside of the center in front, but still far enough not to have trouble from, the hauptbahnhof.
Small bar. We didn't eat there so can't give an impression of the restaurant. For Eating in Braunschweig I would recommend the Magni area. A few very cosy restaurants.
