Stayed here on 5-8. Hotel is nice, rooms are OK. The restaurant service was the worst I have experienced. The main restaurant was completely empty. The patio area had 12 guests so I sat there....after 20 minutes of having the waiter walk past me I went to the bar. There were about 16 people sitting the bar area. All were waiting for drinks. The bartender said they were busy!!! 4 service people working this many people??!!?? and they were busy??? I sat at the bar and got a drink. When I asked for another drink the bartender said OK and continued to roll up silverware in napkins. I asked again in 5 minutes and got the same response. I ordered dinner which took no effort on her part and when I recieved it and asked for another drink....I finally got one!!!! Dinner was OK not great but OK. I requested another drink after dinner and again....nothing!! They had LOTS of rolled up silverware but there was only one additional guest during all this time. EVERYONE was waiting to be served. It was silly how this happened. No one seemed to care at all. The bartender had PLENTY OF TIME to serve the bar customers but obviously did not care at all. So instead of another request for a drink I asked for my bill....and got that right away!!!!
This was the end to a very long trip. All a weary business traveller wants is a good meal and a few drinks to de-compress from the long week of meetings, collect thoughts and prepare to fly home. This was a miserable dining experience. I will explore other options near the airport next month.

I stayed at this hotel on my last night in Europe and I thought it was excellent value for money. The room was quite large and comfortable and the hotel chek in staff were very obliging and helpful.

One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was for the excellent price we received booking it on the internet, the proximity to the hotel to take advantage of the hotel shuttle bus & train to Frankfurt city, and the shuttle bus working in with our arrival and departure times. The hotel lived up to our expectations and was good for our stay.
ARRIVAL/DEPATURE
We arrived at Terminal 2 and found it quite easy to make our way to Terminal 1 at Frankfurt airport using the Skyline & then the short walk. We waited at the hotel shuttle pick up point and there was a phone with the telephone numbers for the airport hotels & we called to see when the next shuttle would arrive. It was on time and it was under ten minutes journey to the hotel. Our departure flight from Frankfurt was from Terminal 1 and once again had a good shuttle experience; it was on time, free, and polite driver. The shuttle bus picks up and drops off at the airport at the bus stop Terminal 1, Arrival Hall A at Exit 1. The bus leaves the hotel every half hour in peak times and hourly in non peak times. The driver gave us a copy of the schedule or at the hotel on arrival there is a board next to reception with the times. Large bus’ were used for the transfers.
RECEPTION/BOOKING
Our booking was made direct on line with the hotel. We found it to be good value for money as the other airport hotels were considerably higher for the dates we were in Frankfurt. We arrived over four hours before the check in time and were given our room keys straight away, that was a nice surprise after a long flight as we didn’t expect it. Both check in and check-out were efficient and prompt.
ROOM
Our room was of average size and it was only accessible by stairs. The double bed was made up by us pushing two single beds together. We were happy for the early check in so worked around these issues. There were basic TV channels and mini bar supplies. There was a shower over bath, bathrobes and ample supply of amenities; shampoo, soaps, body wash etc. Unfortunately during our stay the WiFi internet access didn’t work in our room which was one of the reasons that led us to book this hotel. Our room was very clean and the beds were most comfortable.
FACILITIES
We had the buffet breakfast at 15 euro per person. It was a good range of juices, cheeses and meats, bread etc. There was room service available also for breakfast but we opted for the buffet. There are no other options at the hotel or immediate area other than taking the shuttle bus to the airport terminal (free) and taking advantage of one of the many coffee shops there. We didn’t use the other facilities at the hotel besides the buffet breakfast and shuttle bus. At reception there were electronic TV monitors with flight arrivals and departures. The WiFi was also not working at the terminals opposite reception; the technician had been contacted to come and fix it but unfortunately didn’t arrive during our stay.
AREA
Outside the hotel in the immediate area there are no shops or restaurants. There are offices, car hire company lots and the big Lufthansa facility next door. It is a quiet area and not really anywhere to walk around and discover just to stretch the legs. It is easy enough to take the shuttle to the airport terminal and browse the shops, go the cafe or take the train to the city. We got a great daily ticket unlimited travel as recommended by the staff member at the station. It saved some euros than 2 return tickets. Purchase of the tickets is required before embarking the trains; there were no electronic turn stalls like in other train stations however ticket control occurred on the trains we took.

C’est un hôtel acceptable, mais petit et assez loin de l’aéroport. Il n’y a rien autour, ni restaurant, ni bar ni magasin. Et 160 Euros par nuit, c’est cher. On peut accéder à Internet en WIFI mais ce service est payant (30 Euros pour 24 heures). La chambre aussi était très petite. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Quand j’ai contacté la réception au sujet d’internet et de l’air conditionné, la réaction a été peu professionnelle. Le service client est négligé, comme je l’ai déjà constaté en Allemagne. Ils ne sont même pas venus jeter un œil au climatiseur. J’ai donc laissé la fenêtre ouverte, et j’ai continué à transpirer.
