I started here for 2 nights on a business trip and I could not fault the hotel. The service at reception was very good on arrival, providing me with maps, and a Budapest city guide. The suite which I was staying in was a silver suite which is the standard room category and it was equipped with a full kitchen , comprising of microwave, dishwasher, oven, hobs, coffee machine and fridge/freezer – complete with fully stocked mini bar (charged locally). There is also a dining table anfd 2 chairs.
The living area had a three seater sofa and a chair and a flat screen plasma TV with satellite and pay per view movies. There was also a small balcony.
The bedroom featured a king size bed and another plasma TV. There was a separate bathroom and toilet.
The hotel also has a spa area, with pool, Jacuzzi and sauna which was a nice area to relax after a long day.
The breakfast was also very good and although the restaurant is small it had all you could need and hot food was prepared on an individual basis.
All in all I think this hotel is perfect for anyone wanting to be in a good location in the city with easy access to all major sights. The hotel has a very nice feel and the suite smake it perfect for families as well as couples and small groups.

I stayed in Queen's Court for over a month (Silver suite), and it's nice but can be a bit dissappointing experience for those who expect standards of 5 star Western-European hotels. It's right on the edge of what you'd call a very nice location and a bit dodgy streets on the other side, especially in late evenings.
Suites (at least the Silver ones) are nice and clean, but I wouldn't dare to call the equipment / furnishing latest modern design or technology. It's functional, staff are helpful and friendly, restaurant nothing special, but good for emergencies. If you are handed a brochure with the hotel information, unfortunately not everything is true - DVD, HI-FI, these all have been missed out. Kitchen only has a coffee maker (no tea). If you wish to cook your dinner, you'll only find a frying pan and a steamer.
In summary, it's ok, but for almost the same money you can stay in Hilton Westend or Corinthia Grand Hotel, (similar area) and these are more like 5 star hotels with 5 start service.

We have just returned from Budapest, stayed at the Queens Court. Small but pretty hotel, nice little spa, modern new apartments equipped with the latest technology. Location was the main reason of our choice and we did not regret, being at the center of this great city (although far from the river). The staff made the difference. Though very young, very professional, polite and smiley starting with the reception staff through maintenance to the restaurant staff, not to forget the young and talented restaurant manager.
Great stay overall, we'll definitely return!

We arrived at the Queens late in the evening to find a bright welcoming hotel and behind the desk Tam?s who during the course of our stay couldn't have been more helpful. He went beyond the norm to ensure that our stay was a most enjoyable one and any of our requests were met. The hotel was clean and bright and the room itself (a silver suite) was well laid out and very comfortable. The location of the hotel was relatively central and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Queens to anyone heading to Budapest. As an aside, anyone going out to eat should go to the Klass restaurant on 41 Andrassy Ut - great food at a good price. Really enjoyed it!!
