I arrived after a long hot trip to find that to turn on the air conditioner you first had insert your room key into the box, turn on all of the lights and visit the desk three times with no assistance. I looked out the window and saw five other rooms where they had given up and just let the windows open in the 100 degree heat. Most of those staying there were North American business people. The breakfast included was available for a fee. The staff really did not seem to care about any problems.

I booked one night at the hotel's website, where clearly said Breakfast included for 6 dlls more. I chose OK for the breakfast, but when I got there the clerk told me that was a "mistake" on the reservation site, and that I had to pay 6 dlls PER person. Although they accepted it was the hotel's mistake they charged me the breakfast. Its not well explained on the site. Rooms are soo tiny. Please avoid this hotel, poor customer service.

Cheap... but about the same as Hotel One up the street.
Spider in my bed.
Roach, ants, and mold in the bathroom.
Old Matress.
Food Poisioning from the breakfast.

Recientemente estuve en este hotel en dos visitas de fin de semana y me pareció que lo mejor del hotel era el precio — e incluso conseguir el precio adecuado puede ser todo un desafio. La limpieza en las zonas comunitarias es sin duda un problema en este hotel. La entrada estaba siempre sucia y tenía muchos insectos muertos— lo cual no es una bienvenida agradable. El ascensor nunca estaba limpio mientras estuve allí y parecía el ascensor de un edificio de pisos de protección oficial. El hotel tiene muchos cristales, muchos de los cuales estaban muy sucios. Mantenían las habitaciones limpias pero, a pesar de ser un hotel relativamente nuevo, los muebles parecían desgastados. Las habitaciones no son grandes, pero no hay quejas debido al precio. El desayuno estilo buffet a unos 5 dólares americanos estaba bien, era una ganga – aunque nunca lo variaban de un día para otro. Excepto el recepcionista que estaba cuando llegamos, el personal es agradable y servicial.
Mixed Feelings About the Ibis Airport

I recently visited this hotel on two weekends and found the best thing about it was the price--and even getting the correct price could be a challenge.
Public area housekeeping is a definite problem at this hotel. The entrance foyer was always dirty with many dead bugs--not a nice welcome. The elevator was never cleaned while I was there and looked like an elevator from housing projects. The hotel has much glass, much of which was very dirty.
The rooms were kept clean but , in spite of being a relatively new hotel, the furniture looked worn. Rooms are compact but no complaint due to the pricing here.
The breakfast buffet at about 5 US was good and a bargain--although never varied from day to day.
With the exception of the desk clerk when I registered, a very friendly helpful staff.
