Nice hotel

Even though the area is not the best district in Paris, it is safe and very close to Brochant Metro Station. This line (Line 13) has direct line to Champs E.. It is also very close to two super markets, restaurants arround are cheaper. Hotel is a standard, clean, cosy ?bis Hotel, you won't have nasty suprises, Hotel personnel is very friendly and helpfull which is extra ordinary thing in Paris, as most of them are rude. Rooms are small which is also normal for Paris. Some comments used to say that there are no hair dryers, but they have right now, which is good news for ladies. It is also close to airport but consider the highway traffic between 17:00-and 20:00. Only negative point was the breakfast, they have only one kind of cheese and bacon, mediterennians, muslims, jews and vegeterians will dislike for sure :)

Price-wise this is good value for Paris - I managed 4 nights for ?250 - equivalent to around 300Euros, though I suspect you might even be able to get it cheaper still if you booked with them directly.
Location is within a 5-10minute walk of Brochant metro station. About 6 stops from one of the Champs Elysee metro stations (direct), for Gare du Nord you need to change twice but it still only takes around 20-25minutes and is fairly easy. There are a few restaurants and bars nearby. You can walk to Montmartre or Pigalle in about 30 minutes (or walk back in about 20 - it's all downhill going back!)
Rooms are small though not the smallest I have had in France. The bed was ok, air con was practically useless - in summer you are going to bake. Entire place was spotless. Some rooms manage a distant view of Montmartre. No problems with noise at all.
Staff are friendly enough, all speak English if you can't speak French. Breakfast was excellent though avoid 7.30 if you want to get a table - the restaurant isn't really big enough.
Left luggage was bit hit and miss - they will do it and it is free but we weren't given a tag or anything and could have left with someone else's case with no problem whatsoever.
Generally i quite liked this hotel - you will arrive and think that it's small, far out of town and skimping on toiletries... but after a couple of days you'll think it's good value and the metro will get you anywhere you'll want to go to quickly enough.

This place is a clean, well-run hotel in a useful accessible area. It's close to the Metro and you feel like you're in "real Paris" as you walk round to it - not out in some distant suburb. My room was nice but pretty small - you walk round the end of the bed and you're brushing the wall and bed both sides - but then it doesn't have pretensions to be a luxury suite and it's not priced like one either. My room had distant views of Sacre Coeur and I think others might be able to see the Eiffel Tower. Breakfasts were really excellent. The reception staff were really very nice and helpful This is not an exciting trendy hotel like you'd go to on honeymoon but if you want to pay a reasonable price for a useful, efficient place to sleep and breakfast then I can't fault it. I would certainly be happy to return here.

Book early on accorhotels.com and u can book this place for 49 euros. I don't have a single complaint about this ibis. Location is superb, minutes away from two metro stations; also a bus takes u straight to gare du nord. The hotel itself is lively; good holiday vibe. The rooms are not big; but they are clean and comfortable. Furthermore the breakfast buffet is great. . .don't think twice, stqy here. . .i do so on every trip of mine to Paris.
