we just returned from prague and we had a great time we stayed in the ibis prague karlin which was a very good hotel we were able to take the no 24 tram to and from the hotel and it would take about 10 minutes each way the staff at the hotel were very friendly it was a buffet breakfast and we had a safe in our room and i would recommened this hotel to my friends

Good hotel, older style bedrooms, but large rooms with a balcony. Bathroom although a little dated worked well, shower good! Nice public areas, and a good breakfast! I visited the restaurant opposite, and the food was good too, although it was a little empty!

Hotel ibis classique, bonnes prestations. Seul inconvénient, un peu loin du centre, mais le tramway n'est qu'à 2 minutes et en 3 stations, on rejoint le centre.

I stayed here as part of a group of 23 - which included my 2 children aged 9 and 12. The hotel was clean, well located, even for those with mobility concerns as the metro and tram stops were so close, and the staff were friendly . We had been warned that stag parties go to this hotel - but saw and heard no evidence of this at all during our week long stay. I would recommend the pizzeria opposite - other members of our group would agree, on one night about 17 of were all in there! There is also a great Chinese down the road, the first on on the left after the Metro station, with a red sign. Prague itself was a joy - the zoo is a must see as long as you don't mind walking, and easy to get to by metro and bus. Also, the TV tower was FAB. Overall, I would receommend this hotel to anyone, unless their idea of the perfect hotel is one with a pool, luxurious rooms and a spa! It is clean, tidy, comfortable and friendly. Since we go on holiday to see sights and to spend as little time as possible in the hotel this was perfect!

IBIS KHARLIN PRAGUE Bonjour, je suis resté 3 jours dans cet hôtel, j’ai pu tester le confort et les prestations. Voici le descriptif de L’hôtel IBIS KHARLIN PRAGUE Les + Près du métro KRIZIKOVA (ligne Jaune B/200 mètres) Tv avec BBC world/CNN/PRO7/TV5 MONDE/EUROSPORT ALLEMANGNE etc….. Un bâtiment relativement moderne et en bon état qui au début n’était pas un Ibis ce qui exemple la grandeur toute relative des chambres Chambre avec coffre fort (clé) La ventilation Un buffet à volonté Carte électronique pour libre circulation Le prix 44 euros par jour pour une chambre simple ou double (même prix) en basse saison. Les – Chambre de moyenne dimension mais toutefois plus grande qu'une chambre IBIS normal Le mobilier (MAtelas un peu Mou) La ventilation ou l'air conditionné n'est pas actionnable, c'est à dire que c'est la direction de l'hotel qui la branche. Comme je suis venu en mars 2007, je ne regrette rien, proche du tram et métro à moins de 5 minutes de marche.
