The shower cubicle is tiny hence the floor was always flooded [water leaked into the room and soaked the carpet giving off a mouldy smell! you might want to leave your windows open for air. The bathroom wall was mouldy but clean enough to risk a shower. The room itself was clean and comfortable.
The first night was a bit noisy as there was a party going on,
on the ground floor. Breakfast was ok.
The area is pretty much low income. A Mcdonals and nice lebanese resturant are in easy reach though.
Our bus got graffitied and its pretty much not the type of place you'ld want to walk around in at night. Totally not touristy.
It's a bit of a distance from Paris about 15 minutes walk to the nearest train station.
To be honest, the area probably looks worse than it really is. The staff at the hotel were friendly and locals didn't bother us in the slightest.
But having said that i wouldn't want to stay here again. You might want to think this through carefully if you're traveling alone or in a small group.

My fiance booked this hotel because we decided to stay in Accor brand hotels throughout France and because of it's proximity to Paris. Big mistake!
The hotel was OK but it is more Sarcelle that I want to warn people about! Just because it has a big brand hotel there, doesn't make it a tourist friendly destination!
It was basically a slum.
One thing against the Ibis there, they do not have hotel access to the carpark, meaning when we were leaving (and looking like the biggest tourists in the world) we had to walk out of the hotel to get to the carpark and we had a very suspicious man follow us around the block. It was just lucky that my mean/nauceous facial expression worked on the guy and he eventually left us alone!
Paris itself was my favourite part of our trip though!
