Very nice hotel. Good location, near U4. Parking place for additonal 10 euro. Very clean, room big enough. We will be staying there again in July. I reccomend it.

I stayed at the Ibis Sch?nbrunnerstrasse during Christmas of 2007, together with my girlfriend. Booked pretty well in advance which meant we got an excellent price : ? 45,00/night. The hotel was exactly what we expected: although basic, it was very clean and comfortable and the staff were nice and helpful. Location is ok, just a couple of tram-stops from the city, or a 30 minute walk. If I ever stay in beautiful Vienna again, it will be at this hotel!

Standard Ibis, no real complaints. The building looks quite new and the room itself was a fair size. Bathroom very pokey, bed quite uncomfortable and duvet too small for a double. Cleanliness average. The maid service was very annoying, chapped the door three times in two days even though the do not disturb sign was up. Quite a bit of noise from housekeeping rather than other guests. There is a bar but it is overpriced like any hotel. No real restaurant service (expensive snacks only). There is an underground car park and a choice of two U4 stations close by. (We found U4 a very handy line for a lot of the major sites.) There is a Billa (supermarket)

I like the Ibis hotel chain. You always know exactly what you are getting and the prices are good. Ibis Wien Schoenbrunnerstrasse was just what I expected. The room was a nice size and very clean and comfortable. They had wi-fi access (through t-mobile - for a fee) and I think they had free internet access in the lobby. The hotel was located between two U-bahn stations and it was a quick five minute ride into the inner city. The walk to the U-bahn took about 7 minutes at a comfortable pace. This hotel is in Margareten (1050) which is a few kilometers from the center of Vienna and I think it would be a bit too far to walk. But public transport is fantastic in Vienna so its easy to get around. That being said I will be staying in the old town of Vienna (1010) on my next visit as it is such a walkable area with so many restaurants and things to do. As long as you are aware that this hotel is not in the heart of Vienna I would highly recommend it as its a great deal and value for your money.
