The location was good as it is walking distance to the Duomo which is where everything is. We could walk to most places or else you can take the subway which is convenient and inexpensive. There is a station really close to the hotel.
Do not stay near the central train station because it really isn't very central and its can be quite dodgey at night.
Room is ok, nothing to rave about but it was tidy and clean. Bathroom was good. Service was good, again nothing to rave about but nothing to complain about also.
Breakfast was also good. All the standard stuff. Nothing hot, just the usual continental breakfast, pastries, spreads, cereal, fruit etc.
I would stay again if I couldn't find anything cheaper within the same location.

I had booked flights for Milan a day before i arrived and needed accommodation asap without having to pay too much. For 3 nights i paid 297 euro which was cheaper than many other hotels and the place was cosy, room was small but very clean and enough for one person. It was perfect location to the Duomo and all the main shopping streets. Breakfast was nice and more than i thought for a place less than 4 star. The service staff are not overly friendly but would help if you asked. Overall i would stay again because who stays in their room anyway when in Milano?!

We got a great deal on a very nice hotel in a wonderful location in central Milan. We arrived by train and took the subway to the Missori stop (about 10 mins) and a short walk from there to the hotel. Room was very quiet, nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bath had plenty of hot water. The breakfast was more than a typical Italian breakfast, with American coffee,cereal,eggs,croissants, ham , cheese, and fresh fruit. Hotel staff were courteous, but not overly friendly. We did get good information from them. The location was perfect for all of the sites of Milan, with a short walk or subway ride to the Duomo or anywhere else in Milan. Good restaurants near hotel and even got a 10% discount at Carbone's -recommended by the hotel and just around the corner from it. (just ask at the desk).Excellent food. I got a good deal on the price of the room from the internet. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. SPECIAL TIP: Pick up the "Hello Milan" publication in the lobby. It has great information on events, museums, and maps of the city and the subway!

Good stuff about Zurigo--centrally located, very clean, short walk to metro, decent breakfast with variety, really nice bathroom and large for european standards. A restaurant was recommended to us that is across the street and couple of minutes walk in the direction opposite of the metro; delicious pizza here and good service. On the "bad" side, there were some renovations being done outside the hotel but we never heard anything so it was not bothersome at all. The TV had poor reception (could have been from the rainy weather?) and the "free" internet cost a few euros per hour.
