My wife and I stayed here one night in June, 2006, while on a tour. It was more than adequate for a stopover on our way to Hong Kong, and we recommend it highly. The hotel has a very nice location, right on a main pedestrian shopping street, in the part of town nearest the airport. Part of the lower section of the hotel building is, in fact, an upscale department store.
Our room was huge – the largest we had on our entire 3-week tour. It was nicely furnished in modern Asian style, with a desk, side chairs, dresser, and a built-in armoire across one wall. The beds were firm and comfortable. The bathroom was very large and attractive, with lots of counter space. Our only complaint was that the water temperature in the tub/shower combination fluctuated dramatically, and seemed to become cool after just a few minutes. This must have been a problem throughout the hotel, since a small sign above the toilet warned of this.
Our dinner in the hotel was excellent, both in taste and in presentation. The breakfast buffet was very good, with a wide selection.
