We stayed here last year and so booked it again, however things have changed. The location and rooms are still great, but the new pool scene is awful. We are both young but the music by the pool is awful, we had ganster rap in the morning & thrash metal in the afternoon which was so loud the speakers were warping and bouncing. No-one wanted the music on but it appears the music is more for the staff than the guests. There is no reprive in your room either as the hotel is built around the pool. The Zoso seems to have lost it's way, last year a tranquil oasis this year a cheap club 18-30 holiday.

Checked into the Zoso on a Saturday in June - spur of the moment. The front desk was very helpful and got us into a very nice suite. They had a DJ by the pool that played a pretty good selection. Made it nice for a hot day by the pool. They kept the pool cool with large blocks of ice. The only negative was the party in the room above us at 3:00 AM. Positives: great suites, good location in Palm Springs, good service Negatives: Small pool. Watch out for the party goers - sometimes they make a lot of noise at late hours.

The hotel seemed very chic, we had read a lot of reviews about the staff, but we really didn't deal with them at all except to check in and check out. The whole feel for the place was very upscale so it was a great value for the price we paid. The hotel was on the street right behind the main strip which was great because you didn't hear much noise from the outside and it was easy to walk everywhere. Room service was puntual with breakfast every morning. Beds were fabulous and soooo comfortable, the TV was great even though we didn't watch it. The pool area was kind of small but still nice.

We booked Hotel Zoso at the advice of friends, but were very wary after reading the negative reviews on Trip Advisor. We are very glad we went. We experienced none of the negatives that others reviewers noted. Our room was beautiful, very stylish with a large flat screen TV, comfortable bed, lots of pillows and nice bathroom. The patio was very large, and our location was very private, facing the exterior, not the pool, which was nice, as the pool tends to get very busy and noisy on weekends. The staff was all great, from the valet, the bellman, front desk, everyone. The concierge (I believe her name was Lisa?) was awesome, couldn’t have been any nicer or more helpful. The maintenance engineer was great, and the housekeeping very attentive and thorough. The location is perfect, within walking distance to great restaurants, shops, and Spa Casino. The only negatives are the size of the pool, which is very small, and was very busy on Saturday, full of young “Spring Break” type partiers, but the misters and DJ were nice. Also, the $18.00 a night for valet was a little steep, since the hotel is in walking distance of everything, and we did not need our car once all weekend (next time we will try to find street parking). We booked through the Hotel’s website, and the rate was unbelievable, I would expect to pay easily double for the quality of the hotel. All in all, we had a great experience and will definitely stay there again.

My husband and I had a wonderful time at Palm Springs. Our two night stay at Zoso Hotel was everything we expected. Drinks at the lounge were great!!. Musicians were wonderful on both nights. We will definely return. I have already recommended my friends and family members to stay at the Zoso Hotel. Steven and Ivette Hector.
