Upon arrival we found the desk clerk to be very nice. That's werre the niceness ends. After entering room we found that it smelled of stale air. We realized that this is an older place and were just going to deal with it until we walked into the bathroom only to discover blood, that's right, blood on the toilet seat. We then proceeded to the store to purchase our own cleaning supplies. Had even considered getting another room at another hotle but it was getting late and we were only staying until the following morning. Even bought new pj's at the store, so we could were long pants ones, as we decided we were unsure of the shape of the sheets. The paint on the walls was nice but as I said before the uncleanliness of the unit left something to be desired. We should have stayed in a more expensive place as our husbands had requested us to. I've stayed in much nicer and cheaper motels than this (ie: Motel 6). Stay away from this place at all costs. Sleeping in the truck would have been better than this place.

Upon my arrival there was a front desk clerk ( becky) who welcomed me and helped me get my bags and held the door open for me which does not happen very often. she was very friendly and made me feel comfortable as soon as i walked in the door and also had a few jokes that made me laugh so hard. she had accommodated me with everything i needed and showed me to my room as soon as i walked into my room all i could smell was this nasty rotting smell and the smell of stale smoke. Keep in mind that i was in a non-smoking room. the carpet was tore up in one corner and there were ants all over the window sill i thought i would open the window to get some fresh air in there but it only made it worse cuz it was hot that day so i decided to turn the air on and apparently that is where the rotting smell was coming from. i went and used the rest room and there were pubic hairs in the shower after that i decided to get a different room. i went to the front desk and another lady was now working (teri) she was also so friendly and warm and apologized for the inconvenience and gave me another room free of charge i go to this room and there were bugs crawling on the bed i go back up to the front desk to tell her this and she said i am sooo sorry i will give you another room after that i said i wanted a refund and wanted to go somewhere else that was more clean. I wanted to speak to the manager who lived on site but he didn't want to deal with me and said to teri it ain't my problem you deal with it i couldn't believe that two nice girls were working in such a disgusting place i hope they wisen up and get out of there.

I was unable to stay in the room because there was blood and pubic hair on the sheets and little bugs crawling around. The night manager was in his room (not accessible at the office) and was not able to provide another room or option. They said they would provide a refund, if I called back the next day. The following day, they denied my charges and would not provide a refund.

If you book this online, through Expedia or any online service that makes the reservation instead of the motel, the hotel management is unable to provide a receipt of your stay. First time I've ever encountered this: Room was very basic, funky; we will pay more to stay anywhere else next time.

If I judged the hotel on how nice the front desk person is, this would be a 4 star. BUT, since I don't sleep or shower with the front desk person, I must rate the motel ammenities only, which in this case is a Zero. Driveway is hard to use, parking is very limited, rooms very small, very old and have no goodies - not even an extra coffee packet. But if you ask the front desk they will happily provide extras. The neighborhood is bad, people loitering in adjacent driveway, Taco Bell about 40 feet away with VERY rude employees. Would not stay here again.
