Three adult women, one week in the Keys, and four of them spent at the perfect Indigo Reef. Frank helped me book it- and he was right about every detail. Indigo Reef is the quiet, tranquil property of all the Singh Prperties in Marathon. It is geared towards adult relaxation and quiet. To get away from noise, come here. It starts with just finding it! Off the main highway, through magnificent art gates, down a long winding narrow road. Watch for the raccon family!
The view was wonderful. The 2 story conch style was immaculate and furnished with a white slip covered sofa, three slip covered chairs in white & one red with ottoman, a dining table that seats six, large flat screen television, DVD player , and separating the areas is a granite counter with two tall chairs. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. But who cooks on vacation? Refrigerator was side by side with automatic ice & water dispenser. The floors are all cool tile. A half bath is just inside the front door. Upstairs, the master has an enormus ,soft cushy bed with all white linen and comforter , All wood is white, ceiling fan, flat screen Television, two closets and waffle weave white bathrobes( or pool robe!) Private bath with granite tops, two sinks, glass shower, bathtub, plenty of drawers and cupboards. Hair dryer included. A sitting porch, french doors and two Anderondack chairs with table completed the room. Another bedroom has two twin beds, the third bedroom has a queen. All have flat screens, DVD players, robes and door out to a wrap deck overlooking the parking lot and beyond. Shared bathroom is just outside each room .Every day the bed is made, the towels are hung, new coffee appears and the dishes are whisked into the dishwasher. On the third day, more shampoo, conditioner and lotion appear. Key Lime of course!
The pool was never full, seems I was the only one who discovered it during our stay! First class, it looks just like the photos. And warm!
The only thing the three properties have in common are perhaps the accomodations. All are conch style, two or three bedrooms. Otherwise they are furnished according to the owners desires. There the similarities end. Tranquility Bay is busy. Right off the busy highway, it has the Butterfly Cafe, lots of families with children, water sports, and a tiki bar with a bartender who doesn't come out from behind the bar. It does have a nice view of the Bayside and lighthouse. Noisy, busy. The third property (where you check in at) seems to be geared to the sport fisherman. Again, the buildings are the same, but this has the marina, and it's right off the highway. It has a small store inside and super nice folks at the desk, including Frank.
I don't think I would reccomend small children to stay here, at Indigo Reef, close supervision would be imperative as the boat slips are just steps away and it is all steps & grassy areas down to the water from each porch. Neighboring vacationers consisting of grandparents, parents and a toddler were frantic one afternoon when toddler slipped away. All turned out alright, but I believe that Tranquility Bay might have been a much better choice for them, no immediate deep water just outside the porches and, here at Indigo Reef, leaving the french doors closed would be very, very hard to do.
We were in unit #43, and during our stay it was $299/night and with all taxes came to $333.00 per night total. Were can you get any diamond class accomodation for that price? Here. I have found our new Keys hideaway! A unit next to us was for sale- boat included for $1,192,000.00. I'll take three.

We have four days left to stay here.(Total of 10) This is the perfect place for R & R. My husband & I got our much needed rest. There is plenty to do--especially if you love fishing or boating. The pool is large and always clean. There are plenty of teak lounges & chairs with lovely soft cushions to relax on. There are beach towels in the condo for your use.
The 3BR/2.5BA condos are nicely decorated and fully furnished. The beds are quite comfy. Ceiling fans plus efficient A/C keep you in comfort no matter what the weather is. The grounds are beautifully kept. Covered parking is included.
The best part for us was the view from our verandas, the great room and the master bedroom. Just beautiful!! The sunsets were so pretty to watch from the deck also.
You won't be disappointed if you stay at Indigo Reef Resort.

If you love the Florida Keys, boating, etc, this is the most unbelievable place to stay. The 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhouse units look as if noone had ever stayed in it. The back porch overlooked our boat slip where we kept our 21 foot rental that we got from Captain Hook's (highly reccommend also). If you want to do some serious fishing and have a luxury stay, book it! The resort was very quiet and relaxing, the view incredible, and the service was wonderful.
This resort has a sister property about to open called the Coral Lagoon and The Boat House. It is on the Atlantic side and around 3 blocks away. We checked it out and it looks to be another amazing set up

I had an excellent experience with this last minute vacation from making the reservations to the day we left! I couldn't believe how patient the reservationist was when I asked many questions about the resort. We had never been to the keys before and decided at the very last minute to vacation here. After many google searches and a full day of research I found Indigo Reef. I also called many other resorts and didn't get as good a feeling as I did with these people. When we arrived, we got top notch treatment and they even went beyond the call of duty by helping my husband dock his boat and they drove me (in my car) to my townhouse and backed my car in for me! The townhouse/condo itself was just like home (even better when you consider the view). The linens on the bed and mattresses are incredible. (we are trying to find out where they buy the comforters - they are extremely luxurious). The pool is gorgeous and so clean! There was usually someone from management walking the grounds to be sure the guests were happy. We had maybe two things we needed fixed during the stay...very minor....but I was impressed at how quickly people came here to address these items! The ease of being able to just jump on the boat when you wanted was fun! On the day before checkout we woke up kind of sad b/c we knew the inevitable day of checkout was upon us. EVen then, they went beyond the call by helping us get our boat out of the water and driving it to the dry dock! Incredible service. If this resort continues to operate at this level, they will be hard to book in the future. Its still new and maybe a best kept secret.
