dedeman in renovation, very bad
Guest name: UkBoris, uk
we have been staying a week at the end of May.Views, food, swimming pools were great but one thing that took off 3 stars of the hotel' rating was major renovation works in the lobby of the hotel and constant drilling noise throughout our stay.

we have just returned from the dedeman, and had a really nice relaxing time.
The main problem were the prices, not just in the hotel but also out and about. (dearer than the uk)
We went to the on site nightclub we ordered a bottle of carlsberg and a water and was 25ytl, about ?10!!!
The best thing about the dedeman was the aqua park which is located right next door, we were in there everyday!!!
The rooms were bright and cleam, the maids came in everyday.
Food was basic but ok.

The view from this hotel is absolutely amazing. Its location on the cliff top looking over Antalya really is breathtaking. The hotel iteself is nice, but is in need of refurbishment. Wide selection of food at breakfast. Lovely Turkish bath and pool facilities.

We stayed here two nights as part of a Gate 1 tour.
Hotel is quite large, and reasonably clean. They have some odd rules ... you can't bring in any food of beverages, so hide everything in your back pack. Some people had their bottles of water taken away as we came in.
Our room was on the Aegean side, and the view was great. Of course, we overlooked a waterpark next door. Which was closed, fortunately. I think the noise would have been a bit much.
At this time of year, the air conditioning has been turned off, so it was quite warm. And the fan doesn't work if the door to the balcony is open. Bring a single pole magnet and you can over ride it. So it was warm at night, not something for which we were prepared.
As usual, no place to unpack and only one luggage rack, although we could have asked for another.
The hotel is a couple of miles from the city center, and the only way to get there is via taxi. We walked a bit, but there really was nothing to see as it is close to the hospital area. Lots of pharmacies, however.
We would have preferred to be closer to the city center, but if you just wanted to relax by the pool (indoor or out) this was as good a place as any.
