We stayed at this hotel on the first night after our wedding at a room in the 16th floor. The hotel did not disasapoint, the beds were very comfortable, the a/c was working at full power, and the bathroom was very clean and with a great shower. the hotel offered bathrobes as well. our bed was decorated with petals of roses and we had a champagne and chocolate package (of course these ameninites were paid for). the hotel is very well located in the heard of sao paulo's financial centre (Berrini area) and next door (walking distance) to the D&D mall and World Trade Centre. the location is very good, and among 10-15 minute by taxi you reach SP's best bars and restaurants. This is also a perfect hotel for business travelers.

I loved the Gr.M. WTC ! As a bussiness executive I have to travel a lot (too much!), so I've seen some hotels already. Nowadays there are lots of nice hotels around, and Sao Paulo has some of them. For me the service is the one what makes the difference and therefore I found this hotel so amazing. What ever I wanted it was solved easily, within seconds ! Perfectly clean (of course!), with all those nice little surprises in the huge bathroom. And in fact : the breakfast was extraordinary good !!! The hotel is based in a design center (or the D.C is based in the hotel???), take a walk there if you like furniture, wood, etc. I had just one slight problem in their Japanese restaurant, as the personal didn't speak english, but we handled that finally (somehow).
