It is true what everyone says about Agnese. She was delightful, and nothing disappointed. We even had an early bus out on the last day and she organised breakfast half an hour earlier for us so that we would not leave hungry. My husband and I would recommend the hotel to anyone who wants quality and comfort. By the way, Agnese's French is as good as her English! Don't miss the local bus ride to Ravello. We had dinner there with a magnificent view and caught the bus back. Delightful.

Stayed in April 2008 for three nights. Very difficult access to the hotel, two flights of steps to a courtyard, and then 5 steps to foyer of hotel. Advisable to phone the hotel upon arrival at the alleyway staircase entrance. Hotel will send someone to help with luggage. Centrally located, close to transport, restaurants, etc. Hotel room was opulant, ensuite so clean and plenty of towels. Manager/Owner Agnese was extremely helpful and accommodating. Beautiful boutique accommodation. Breakfast was fine, usual juice, cereals, breads, meats, cheeses etc. Coffee was A1. Loved staying at this hotel.

Just returned from the Floridiana from a weeks holiday in Amalfi. It just gets better since my visit last June The hotel was under refurbishment on my previous visit and not only does the Floridiana have extra bedrooms but junior suites at an affordable price. The service is second to none run by the owner and her friendly staff. No wonder this hotel gets voted as the best in Amalfi.

This our third stay at this hotel,the second time was in 2006 before our wedding. The reason why we stay here is not the fantastic hotel which is always spotless. Its the amazing warmth you get from the staff at the hotel and Agnese who owns the hotel could not do enough for us to make sure we had a super holiday.The hotel is situated within a few steps of the centre yet its still quiet,due to it being behind the stops.Please use this oasis and you will not be disappointed.
