We stayed here one night on a stop over from Italy to France. We chose this hotel for its location to the Porto Susa rail station as we were stopping only for the night. The hotels location was very good although the other rail station is much closer than we thought.
The hotel staff were nice and greeted us well. We arrived earlier than we had originally planed due to an earlier train and they gave us our room right away. The room was nicely decorated and very comfortable. It had a large door that could be opened along with a vent if you chose to close the door. It also had air conditioning. The bathroom was very large, clean and a nice shower. The hotel was very nice with an overall grand feeling. The breakfast was also good. They have a computer in the lobby for its guest to get on which was really nice.
Torino was the one big surprise we had on this trip. Not really finding much in way of tourisim on the city we were quite taken back by it's architecture, history and people. We had a wonderful time walking around the city and being a Sunday there were so many families out enjoying it also.
The hotel is located not only conveinent to the train station but also many resaurants and sights.

A really good hotel in a very fine city. Our room was huge with good furniture. It faced into a courtyard so was quiet. The bathroom was very clean and classy. The desk staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the only slight disappointment with a limited selection and surly staff. We were able to park our car in a nearby underground valet style car-park for 5 euros a day.

We stayed at the Dock Milano for a weekend in September and although we enjoyed the weekend it was more to do with the company than the hotel. Everything about the hotel was just average, although I can't pass comment on the bar or ristorante as they were closed. The reception staff were efficient but not particularly friendly. The room was a good size, clean and tidy but very drab, as were the corridors! Having said that we didn't pay hugh money for our time at the Dock Milano so 'you get what you pay for'! Turin was abit of a let down as they are busy digging up everything and revamping the piazzas in preparation for the Winter Olympics.
