This is a large and busy hotel so very impersonal. It caters for coach parties ( I was on such a trip). The room was quite small but had everything, including a sea view and balcony. The bathroom was minute and needed some refurbishment. There was no hot water by 11pm, but plenty in the morning. The dining room was very big, noisy and dark. Breakfast was the usual enormous buffet but with freshly cooked eggs available. Dinner also followed the usual Turkish pattern with plenty of choice. The desserts were especially varied and tempting. Service ie clearing plates etc was dire. Alcoholic drinks were expensive, though not the dearest we experienced. There was "entertainment" and a small dance floor that added to the din.So early in the season the outdoor attractions were not up and running. We stayed over a Saturday night and had to put up with noise from a disco until 2.30pm. The hotel is a way out of the old centre; there were shops nearby, including M and S!

Ultimately I have mixed feelings about this hotel. The water park, beach frontage (with lift access) and Turkish bath are excellent. the restaurant is better than average. Our room, however, was not very good, with a pathetic shower and out-of-date decor. There is an excellent outdoor bar, but this can be noisy at night, and the hotel, when we stayed, was swarming with guests of all ages, who were noisy and inconsiderate. Service was fairly good, but the lifts are the worst I have ever experienced - sometimes we had to wait five minutes for a lift! The location is out of the centre of town. Overall, not a bad choice if you are looking to spend a few days soaking up the sun in Antalya, but it's not the most relaxing environment.

The hotel is an expensive one but the quailty of the service, food, and the apperance of the rooms are just horrible. This hotel is not worth to your money. Stay away from this hotel.
