I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The best thing about the hotel is its location. It is located in the heart of the city (Trg Bana Jelacica) and because of that it is easy to get to any other location. The other great thing about the hotel is its staff (Susak, Burnac, Loncaric), they are pleasant when you meet them and very helpful. They know the city and are willing to accommodate guests' needs. My room was a single room overlooking the square. Nice room with a great view of the different activities happening during the day and evening. I would choose this hotel again when visiting Zagreb.

I stayed here for 2 nights when the England football team were playing Croatia. The location of this hotel cannot be beaten, it is right in the centre. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff are helpful, polite and smart. The breakfast which was included in my rate was very good get yourself a table by the window and watch the hustle and bustle of everyone going to work. There is a small bar in the hotel, we ate one evening meal in the hotel and that was excellent with good service. Overall this is an excellent hotel and would not stay anywhere else when in Zagreb, already booked up for the match in September 2008 (we'll win that one !!).

My husband and I only stayed at this hotel for one night but it was nice enough. The restaurant food is nice, the staff very friendly and the room was spacious and comfortable. The car park is a 2 minute walk although this is at an extra cost which we didnt realise at the time. The location is brilliant, right in the town centre, to the point where the locals seem to make it a regular meeting point for morning and afternoon coffees in the cafeteria. I see no reason why I wouldnt stay here again.

This hotel is located in the centre of Zagreb, few meters from Jelacic ban square. The room was very spacious, clean and very nicely decorated. We had a nice view to one of the pedestrian streets. Staff members were polite and helpfull.
