I stayed here for four nights in April. The hotel is well located in the old town within easy walking distance from the main tourist attraction (Piazza dei Miracoli). In such a location, space is scarce so everything is compact. Bedroom and bathroom are impeccably clean and everything well maintained. It is furnished and decorated like a "hotel de charme". The shower is the last word in style ("raindrop" effect) but not very practical. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Reception closes and door is locked at night so you must take your key. "Free WIFI in the room" was out of order. Italian hotels are expensive and so was this (135 B&B) - this is the reason for the "neutral" overall rating. Very professional operation but more suited for holidays than for business. My stay was comfortable and I departed satisfied.

Stayed one night at this hotel after a 4 days stay in Florence. Booked a double room with baby cot.
The B&B was little and nice, and the room cozy and clean, but definetely too small even for two persons, so you can imagine for two adults with a baby, cot and stroller.
Staff was somehow correct, but they didn't just offered a city map when asked for directions, and required payment on check-in. I know this hotel is very close to the Campo dei Miracoli, but the torre is not the only place to see in Pisa. A single little map would have been of great help, much more than a mere "this street up and first to the left to the tower and down the street to the river".
If the room had been bigger or the price lower, and the staff a little more of help, I would have given an "Excelent", but 150€ for this little room (no more than 9 squared metres), and a somehow uninterested staff, is definetely overpriced, and "Average" is even more than deserved.

Booked three nights at the Relais Dei Fiori and were pleasantly surprised. Only ten minutes from the airport and eight euros in a taxi or two euros by bus. The hotel itself is lovely and clean with recently refurbished rooms. The staff were so helpful, especially Marvin who worked in the bar area, he really looked after us with lots of gorgeous little snacks while we had a few drinks.
Breakfast was okay but nothing to get too excited over, lots of bread, cheese and ham!
The location of the hotel is really central, just around the corner from the tower and the other monuments. Once you've seen them, there isn't an awful lot else to do other than sit in lovely little bars, drink wine and watch the world go by. We did plan to go to Florence for the day but felt there was just enough to do for three days and we really did have a fantastic time.
One word of warning, check prices of drinks before ordering, we were charged 77 euros for two beers and a bottle of wine at one bar which was definitely overpriced.
Other than that, great hotel and great break.

Quaint hotel

Just had one night at this charming little hotel but would have been happy to stay longer if Pisa had more to offer. Looked as if it had just been refurbished. Everywhere clean and fresh. Very friendly and helpful staff. A ten minute walk to the famous leaning tower. Close to the main street shops and not far from the river either. Breakfast was a little sparse compared to other's we'd had but enough.
