Great Hotel in Center of Town

This is an excellent place to stay. The staff are very friendly and efficient and you get good value for money.
My twin double room was a bit on the small side--the chair wouldn't fit behind the desk but fine for the three nights I was here. Room decor is a maroon carpets and bed spreads and drak wooden furniture setting a classy, conservative tone. My bathrom was very spacious (but unlike other reviewers, there was no jacuzzi, complete with a large window I could watch the street action from. Plumbing was very good. Free wireless Internet is available.
Other guests complained about the noise and soundproofing but I had no problems even though my room backed onto an area where they were holding an annual jazz festival and the hotel put up a few American musicians and German tour groups for this event.
The breakfast buffet is good though there are not enough seats at about 8 AM when the hotel is on the full side. The hotel's restaurant (Italian) is very good and service is prompt and efficient even when they are full.
I was sorry to leave this hotel after three nights to go to Palanga where I decided to stay as it is closer to the airport. However, when I come back here, I'll come directly to this hotel even though some of the SAS flights in and out of Copenhagen arrive very late and leave very early in the morning as the highway from the airport ensures you are in Klaipeda in about 45 minutes.
Not charming but ok, good location - very central

Was spending 1 night with my family (2+2), overall good experience: free parking, 2 minutes walk to ferry to Sea Museum and Dolphinarium.
Great and friendly staff at the reception. Got tripple room with one extra bed (free of charge -nice!) on the top floor. Plenty of room for all of us.
Hotel was not full, but could feel, that noise insulation desires improvement.
Breakfast OK, but noting special though.
All in all: pleasant hotel in small city of Klaipeda with great children-friendly staff!

A very nice hotel ladies and gentlemen, it has to be said. Situated slap-bang in the town centre within crawling distance from Klaipeda's (it has to be said, limited) nightlife and shops.
Not cheap by Lithuanian standards but value for money by any Western European standards.
Rooms are big, clean and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and professional. Bathrooms have a jacuzzi. What more do you want for £60 a pop!
I wouldn't help yourself to any of the plethora of stuff they put in your room to tempt you though, that's expensive by Western standards.
But a cracking place, not a bad word to say.

Was will man mehr für 90 Euro pro Nacht!
Das ganze verlockende Zeug im Zimmer würde ich nicht anfassen, denn das ist auch nach westlichem Standard sehr teuer.
Trotzdem ein super Hotel, habe nichts Negatives zu berichten.
