Don't waste your time. My husband and I arrived on July 4th for the weekend. It was dark and desolate. The pool was dirty and the room was old and nasty. To top things off no breakfast. The hotel is outside quarters and a larger potion of the hotel is now "room for rent (apartment/lodging for locals)" and yes, you guessed it horrible, terrible and crime city. It's consider Danville's new project area. We were afraid to stay and therefore refused to check in. This hotel has gone down and I will be reporting it to AAA . We were lucky because we went down the street to the Hampton Inn. Please Don't .....TRUST ME!!!!!

I went there with my family for a sweet sixteen party. The service is really fast and all the guests were very happy with the stay. The staff is really hospitable and helpfull. I will highly recommend it for a relaxing and enjoyable stay with family.

The motel is very comfortable, friendly staff, clean space and great service. Our stay there was very satisfying experience. The staff was very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I will recommend it to everyone for a relaxing and affordable stay.

Very hospitable environment. The rooms were neat and customer service was great. We reserved three rooms and all my relatives were very satisfied with the stay.We had a fantastic and relaxed stay.Overall great service and wonderful stay. I would surely recommend the place.

I have stayed in this hotel before this weekend (2006). We were pleased with that stay, great breakfast buffet, fairly clean rooms and nice staff. Things have certainly changed for the worst! We arrived on Saturday 3.29.08 for the spring Martinsville race. The restaurant/bar was closed (no free breakfast), our reservations were messed up (we requested smoking rooms, not available) we were two couples (received rooms on opposite ends of the hotel). I had called several times prior to the weekend to make sure the reservations were correct but still had the problems. We woke up on Sunday morning at 6:00am, not one ounce of even warm water for a shower, it was 40 degrees outside and the water was even colder, not pleasant. After the race we got back to the hotel and the bed had been made (sheets not changed) and there was no soap in the washroom. I called to the frontdesk and they wanted me to come down and get it! The staff has certainly changed! We checked out on Monday 3/31/08 and the Manager did not even apologize for any of these issues/problems, certainly did not give us a discount and DID NOT seem concerned that we would never stay there again. Very poor Customer service. Sorry its so long, but there were a lot of problems. Thanks
