The hotel is very nice and extremely well maintained. We had one of the townhouse rooms. It was two story and the upstairs had it's own entrance which was very nice. I have to say that I liked the rooms and the housekeeping is just wonderful. The biggest major drawback for this place is first of all the parking. there are simply too many rooms for the parking lot. We had to park accross the street and risk life and limb, running accross 4 lanes of traffic every time we went anywhere. Secondly, it is a party hotel. You know the kind, twentysomethings with loud music and dancing on the balcony and all nighter's in the spa and pools. Lots of drinking and the such. Not a big deal for us . But if I had small children or seniors with me it would have been very uncomfortable. The young men in the room next to me said they come to that hotel every year and it is always like that. I stay in Palm Spring frequently and I understand the party mentality out there, but most hotels that charge the amount this place does, will not allow the activities to go on. Perhaps a curfew on the spa would help????

We stayed for 4 nights for Spring Break...overall our stay was very nice. Pros: - Rooms were very nice & clean - The beds and pillows were very comfortable - The grounds were clean and nicely landscaped - Housekeeping staff was very responsive when water spilled on one of the beds and they promptly came to change the sheets - Full kitchen in the unit we stayed in was nice - Pool towels provided (happy since we forgot ours!) Cons: - The pool area was very small and could use resurfacing/tiling - The pool/spas are open 24 hours so became rather loud in the middle of the night and we were in a room right next to the large spa - Very few parking spaces for the hotel - Ran out of pool towels often

Last minute getaway to Palm Springs so we gave this property a try.Booked direct with hotel the day before we were arriving. Memorial day, we stayed in room 117 with a spa tub. ($80) It was a great room, very clean and pleasant. Parking was directly behind the room, the room was poolside. Perfect for us. We requested to stay another night.. Due to scheduled maintenance in room 117 we were asked to move to room 120. No problem, it was less expensive ($55) and was actually a bigger room and our favorite. No need for the spa tub, the pool jacuzzi was right in front of our room. Perfect for that late night encounter. Pool and Spa was quite all day and evening. Very few kids in the day. No more than 10 people using the pool during our entire stay. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Property was clean and well manicured. We loved the linens and the beds were so comfortable. Very inexpensive - a great value for little money. We booked a return trip requesting room 120- no problems! Can not wait to return!

There are more rooms than parking spaces. We had to park on the street across the 4 lane road twice during our 3 night stay. The room is comfortable, however the pedestal sink did not allow room for necessary items. The paper products ran dangerously low. TNT was out during NBA playoffs.

I was going to stay here for my fourth of July vacation. When booking my reservation, the man by the name of JOHN who works nights decided to go on about his personal beliefs on why the government is fighting a religious battle for others rather than take care of his own people. His lack of professionalism is a turn off for this establishment. When I chose to cancel my reservations that I was going to book for 1 month in advance I was charged a cancellation fee. I guess I did not understand the charge and that was fine, but it was the way that he spoke to me. He spoke to me as if he could care less about my business. He was rude, cold and harsh. Definitely glad that I did not give my savings for this vacation. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
