I and my family stayed there a couple of nights. The front desk staff was very rude to me and my kids and also said things to them that made me very upset. I paid my 100+ money to stay here at the hotel, I believe the owners could afford staff with better courtesy and manners. If I wanted to, they could have a lawsuite on their hands for discrimination. There is no excuss for their behavior.

This is one of 2 hotels in the heights area of Billings. The place is new , clean and has a nice breakfast. Nothing special about the pool or rooms. Mattresses were brick hard. But good location and friendly staff.

We were in town for a basketball tournament. The staff was very helpful and they went beyond the basics to make sure we had a great stay. They provided shuttle service to and from the Metra, where the games were taking place. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection, rooms were very clean. We had a large group coming from Gardiner, Montana for the tournament. Everyone who stayed at the Boothill felt as we did. Our reservations were done perfectly.

I made reservations early to insure we would have rooms for the all class wrestling tournament. Days before our big event, Shelly Mann (the general manager)called and said we would not have a room. She explained that a group that brings them thousands of dollars a year extended their stay and therefore, we were out. When you make a reservation and guarantee it with a credit card, you feel you can count on that room being saved for you. Obviously that is not the case at the Boothill. They are not good for their word. I highly recommend another lodging choice, one where you will be treated better.
