We stayed for two nights in June. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The bed was soooo comfortable. (all beds in this hotel, I learned have been replaced in the last year) We had a room facing the pool - which was just great. The pool was clean and warm! The hotel staff was unbelievable. The Office Manager was very nice. All other staff were very kind and we were even given a tour of the suites. These were fantastic and we will definitely book one when we take our family. It is just a short walk to the centre of downtown Jasper. This hotel has worked hard at making improvements - it certainly won us over.

Chambre très sombre. Insonorisation inexistante. Accueil déplorable. Si vous avez un voisin qui fume sur le balcon, vous fumez avec lui en étant dans la chambre. établissement mal situé. Bref un endroit à éviter à tout prix !

Total agreement with others. Dark,dated rooms severely over -priced - even for that area. When we checked in we noticed a hole in the screen and gap under the door. There had to be 50 mosquitos in the room. The girl at the front desk was nice and gave us another room along with a fan because it was so hot. Beautiful area and will return but will stay some place else.

Definitely the worst accommodation of our journey to Canada. The room was dirty and dark. Moreover, the only window was facing the outer corridor, forcing us to keep the curtains shut all the time. The bathroom, with a filthy floor and a really uncomfortable bathtub, was awful. Nevermore.
