This hotel is on the grounds of the GRB airport. It is a very good limited service business hotel. Smoke free, good business services and free transport to the airport. Breakfast is adequate and included. Best hotel to stay for an early departure from the airport.

Best bet in Green Bay. Even thou it is at the airport, rarely hear any airplane noise. Rooms are nice size, and are always kept very clean. Saw several people doing maintenance while we were there (painting, etc) which is a good sign. Staff is very friendly and helpful, the free breakfast in the AM is also very good. Has a water-softner-which is good as local water is hard in Green Bay. Also every room has a mini-fridge and microwave-also very convenient. The only complaint I have is very noisy exhaust fan in bathroom-it does not have a separate switch-so it is always on when the bathroom light is on. This hotel is on par with some of the best Marriott properties I have stayed at for service, cleanliness, and overall condition.

Stayed here because we had an early flight out of the airport the next morning. We walked to the airport but they offer a shuttle. This is a very nice, clean, buisness hotel. Very nice simple breakfast very clean rooms and quiet. Don't hear many planes. Restaurant are close by but not within walking distance.

Stayed 2 nights at the Wingate - Green Bay. It is right at the entry of the Airport property. Despite the location - we only heard 1 or 2 planes while staying. Our room was a King non smoking suite. It was very large a lot of room with microwave/fridge/a full sofa and chair. It was very clean and well kept. Morning breakfast had a lot of choices - eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, waffles, cereal, juices, etc. The hotel was a full house, yet we had a quiet stay - just a few door slams from a few guests entering their rooms. The check in was fairly quick. The work out room was very small with about 3-4 pieces of equipment - too small for our taste. The bed was comfortable - however, the sheets were rougher than we would have liked. Staff seemed friendly. Overall, we would stay again when visiting Green Bay.

Below zero temps and a flight time of 0600 made this a no brainer. Huge rooms (do we really need all this?), huge bed, easy chair and a desk for the biz-computer-cellphone-fax self important addicts make for a good place to hole up. When the driver for the shuttle isn't working, they will call a cab (at their expense) to drive you the 1000 feet to the Austin Straubel Airport front doors. BT Upham Lakewood, Ohio
