For our 20th wedding anniversary we booked a weekend break in Paris, and after extensive searching for an hotel, decided on this hotel. We were not disappointed.
The location is great - about half way between the Eifel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe. The hotel itself is very small - perhaps about 40 rooms in total. This is not a modern business hotel - it is very quaint, and has a wonderful charm and ambience. It was like stepping back 50 years in terms of the character of the hotel - but this worked brilliantly.
There isn't really anything I could fault about the hotel. Our room was nicely decorated, and of a good size, and with a good sized bathroom.
The hotel itself is situated off a main road, so was very quiet. In fact the hotel seemed to be located in a very affluent area which was a mixture of residential, and commercial properties.
We found a nice Italian restaurant over the road from the entrance to the hotel, called Ozio, and would recommend this to anyone wishing a nice meal not too far from the hotel. (There were lots of other places to eat nearby also).
Overall, we found this to be a great hotel. Couldn't fault it in any way, and would definately recommend this to others, and would probably stay here again if we went back to Paris for a short break.

We booked and paid in advance and were offered an upgrade to a deluxe room which was well worth it. The locale was very civilized, yet only a walk to Eiffel Tower. Breakfast was extortianate and we passed on it. Room was very nicely maintained with an excellent view. An expensive but well worth it experience. Front desk was always cooperative and friendly. They lend out lap tops if you need a computer.

To celebrate our first weddind aniversary we decided to go to Paris and the election of the hotel was my husband?s decission.
I only want to say that our weekend there was absolutely fantastic.
The hotel is beautiful, the personal very charming, the room was perfect, the bed... the best one I?ve ever slept in. Although we were not very much time in the room, we could rest and sleep perfectly because it all was very quiet.
I think it is the best option to spend a weekend in Paris.

We stayed for a birthday celebration for 5 nights. We upgraded to a deluxe room., but checked out the other rooms which were smaller but adequate. The bed had a down 'topper' and was as comfortable as the Four Seasons in Budapest. We went with Kirker arranged by Sally de Jong our Travel Counsellor, both of whom were very good and reasonable. Our package included First class Eurostar, free metro tickets and a Seine cruise, plus limousine transfers to and from the station..
The hotel was excellent in a good location. Friendly staff, clean well furnished room . I had a surprise bottle of wine delivered for my birthday.courtesy Kirker and Sally deJong, who also provided a wealth of information on Paris sights, reataurants etc. before our trip so no time was wasted checking out places to go.
The breakfast was Ok but had it not been included would have
gone out, not worth the money.
Bit disappinted in the Paris cuisine except the Conti restaurant in the same road as the hotel, which was superb, only downside it was closed on Sunday and Monday. We also enjoyed La
Coupole, reasonable food, price and a great spectacle.
We'd go again.

I Would advise anyone NOT to book a room in this hotel.
My Girlfriend and I were looking forward to a really speciall stay in Paris and paid a large amount to spend 4 nights in this hotel.
The rooms were booked well in advance and as I was booking them I was informed SEVERAL TIMES that there was a 'no cancellation' policy that would begin 3 weeks before we arrived and that I would have to pay even if we changed our mind 3 weeks in advance.
SADLY this policy was totally neglected by the hotel itself who phoned me 5 DAYS before we were due to turn up to tell me we couldnt actually stay there after all. There had been a problem with their electronic reservations system (yeah right) when the room had been confirmed by email 3 weeks earlier.
IN REALITY, someone important probably wanted to stay there, the whole hotel was full, and the English Speakers got bumped (typical Parisian attitude).
BE VERY WARY if you book here, and make ALTERNATIVE ARRANGEMENTS, as this hotel is liable to cancel your room at the last minute.
Disgusting Behaviour
