I stayed here for 6 nights & was impressed with the service I got.
The staff were very helpful & friendly. They sent a driver to the hotel to collect me which was nice & it was included in price of my room rate. I had one of the deluxe rooms. It was lovely, the best bed I have ever slept in. The room was spacious, clean & there was nothing I could fault. The fresh juice & bottle of water each day with sweets & fruit was nice too. The only thing was the shower. It was dangerous trying to get in & out as there was a huge marble side to the bath you had to climb over to get in & out. You really could have a bad accident here like a colleague of mine did before but this was at another hotel in Jeddah. Breakfast in the morning was superb, choice of eggs, fruit, meats & juices. Definately recommend this hotel.

This is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in, rated 5 stars and it should not exceed 3, first Jiddah is a very hot city the AC units just don't cool the air enough and if you suffer from allergy like me don't go to this hotel, the rooms are very small even in the royal suite, all the furniture were very old and smell very bad, the room card keys needs re programing almost every day, the TV was like 14' , the room lighting was another story not near enough, the hotel is not a family friendly it looks like a motel to me, the staff were very friendly and the food was great although a very limited selection on the room service menu, we got there to stay for a week in Jiddah but we got out the next day and changed the hotel even though they refused to refund us for the remaining days .
My recommendation: don't be deceived by the rate of this hotel it is NOT a five star hotel.

I loved this hotel, located on Palestine Street, near Tahlia Street, these two streets are the best in Jeddah.
Rooms: big rooms in both towers. rooms are very clean with marple baths.
Staff: very friendly.
Parking: free.
