Stayed five nights in this hotel. E800 and this did not include breakfast for 2 people for a double room. Room was a decent size especially compared to the shoe box we had in Nice. Room was in good condition and clean. Air conditioning was a bit old and dripped on the third night all night. Left it switched off the following day and it was ok that night.
Staff are friendly but they really wouldn't do anything for you if you have a problem - they smile, write down your room number and say "ok" [missing towel and dodgy aircon reported to them] but that might be the French way!
Lovely location in front of all the fancy boats. Lovely rooftop bar and pool. Do not have a glass of white wine. I did and it was dear and DISGUSTING!
I think I would go back to this hotel if I were to go back to Cannes. It isn't bad at all.

I DO NOT recommend this hotel at all. The website was very misleading around the condition of this hotel. The location was amazing and the rooftop was great, but everything else was disappointing.
The rooms are of a 2 star caliber and are in serious need of a renovation. We paid around $400 USD a night, and it was not worth it at all. Our room was tiny and extremely dated and had very poor amenities.
I'd recommend staying elsewhere in Cannes if you can...

Quest'anno è il terzo anno consecutivo che pernotto per una settimana in questo bell'albergo , lo trovo moltoben gestito e il personale è gentile ed affabile. La camera quest'anno rispetto alle esperienze passate era un po' più piccola e un po' più vecchiotta ma nel complesso accettabile.
La colazione presso "chez panisse" è sempre di qualità e composta da prodotti freschissimi .
Non ho mai pagato di tasca mia ma trovo i prezzi comunque un po' sopra le righe rispetto alle 4 stelle dell'hotel.
Infine quest'anno ho dimenticato di caricare i punti della carta "sofitel" e loro prontamente dopo pochi giorni che hanno ricevuto la mia mail me la hanno caricata.
