Se considera "lujo" y luego te hacen esperar...y esperar... te traen la bebida caliente o equivocada...mal servicio incluso para una pension...Y Es La Falta de Personal.. Todo tienen que ser ganancias ?

Nos hemos sentido totalmente estafados en este hotel en el que pasamos 4 días. Para empezar te cobran la totalidad de la estancia por adelantado, por cierto que cuesta como si fuera un hotel de 5 estrellas cuando el servicio que ofrecen dificilmente superaría el de un hotel de 3. Por poner algunos ejemplos en los bares de la piscina y la playa solo puedes comer bocadillos. El primer día quisimos comer allí. A las14.00 horas nos dijeron que los bocadillos no habían llegado y cuendo regresamos a las 15.00 nos anuncian que ya se han terminado y que "esto es lo que hay", por lo que por primera vez en mi vida me quedo sin comer en un hotel "supuestamente de lujo" y por el que hemos pagado más de 600 euros. El siguiente día decidimos comer en el comedor y tardamos casi 3 horas en comer debido a la escasez de personal. Los clientes se marchaban,pedían hablar con el encargado ... total un desastre. Y así de estafados, afortunadamente, terminó nuestra estancia.

I stayed at the Hotel in March 2004 and it was ok, facilities are pretty good but lots of better options available if you are considering visit the resort for Golf or just a relaxing holiday. Although I have since been back to Oliva Nova, I stayed in the bungalows in Malibu Beach with a company called destination-mediterranean, who also have stuff in Denia [--]. In my opinion a lot better option with flexibilty of self catering, they have their own communal pool. Oliva Nova is in my opinion ideally situated, on the beach, which is probably the best beach I have visited in the North Costa Blanca/Costa Azahar, sandy, unspoilt, very clean (swept daily) and a range of beach bars in the summer, ideal for families or couples. Great place to base yourself for exploring South of Valencia, peaceful and away from all the north european tourists.

Habe im März 2004 in diesem Hotel gewohnt und fand es ok. Die Ausstattung war recht gut, allerdings gibt es noch viel bessere Unterkünfte, wenn Sie gerne Golf spielen oder einfach nur einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub habe möchten. Obwohl ich seit dem wieder in Oliva Nova gewesen bin, habe ich in den Bungalows am Malibu Beach gewohnt, die ich durch eine Firma namens Destination-Mediterranean bekommen habe. Sie haben auch Unterkünfte in Denia [--]. Meiner Meinung nach die bessere Wahl, da man durch die Selbstverpflegung flexibler ist und man den eigenen Gemeinschaftspool hat. Oliva Nova liegt meiner Meinung nach auch ideal, direkt am Strand, der wahrscheinlich auch noch der beste Strand an der nördlichen Costa Blanca/Costa Azahar ist. Viel Sand, sehr sauber, wird täglich gereinigt und hat viele Beachbars im Sommer, also ideal für Familien und Paare. Toller Ausgangspunkt, wenn Sie die Gegend südlich um Valencia erkunden möchten, sehr friedlich und fern ab aller europäischen Touristen.
