I was a regular customer..stayed there whenever I went to Lincoln. Knowing I was a regular customer, one of the management guys came to my room and said I wasn't dressed right!! I'm a guy, didn't have a shirt on (in my room), had gym shorts on (in my room - and these shorts I go jogging in) and he said he had some complaints that I was being revealing!! IN MY OWN ROOM! Knowing I'm a regular customer he should have told these people "he has shorts on, but no shirt. He's a man..he doesn't have to wear a shirt, and those are gym shorts." And should have also told those people to stay somewhere else. He just lost a regular customer for a one time staying prude couple. I had to replace the batteries in my t.v. remote control TWICE as the one's that were in there were dead. Did I complain? NO! Didn't ask for reimbursement. I stayed in a room where there was dog poop under the sink...I picked it up myself..did I complain? NO! Now I have no shirt on and a pair of GYM SHORTS and he takes a one time couples side. It's really SAD!

It's not a fleabag hotel because....

Even the fleas won't stay here. The curtains are falling off the window and the windows are big and expand the entire length of the room. The room smelled very bad, not clean at all. Without question, this was the worst hotel I have ever slept in.

This hotel plays games with their rates - we were charged $40 more when we booked online than what they were charging on-site. We thought because of the rate we were paying online that this would be a decent place - not so. We came back through Lincoln a week later and the rate was jacked up another $20. The pictures they show online are VERY deceptive. Room deodorizer is NOT a substitute for cleaning!

I booked this room off the internet because I thought the price was pretty reasonable for a jacuzzi suite. The jacuzzi was actually pretty nice, but the rest of the room was disgusting. The carpet was all torn up. The curtain was falling off the rod. There were questionable stains on the walls and basic things like shampoo and tissues were not stocked in the room. The worst part was that we did not get any sleep. It was very close to the interstate and the lights from the parking lot made it really bright in the room. There were also people making noise in the parking lot all night. Another thing we were unhappy with was that check in was not until 5pm. We had to kill 2 hours when we arrived in town. "Continental Breakfast" was toast and stale bagels. Nothing to drink. Their swimming pool was pretty clean and they didn't seem to care that we brought our drinks with us into the pool area.
