Cancelation

Children and extra beds

Cancellations and alterations made up until 18:00 on your scheduled arrival date are free of charge. In cases of late cancellation, late alteration or no-show the hotel will charge 80% of the total booking sum to the credit card provided. In case of early departure or late arrival the hotel will charge 80% of the room rate for the dates which were booked but not taken.
