If you cancel less than 2 days before your arrival date, you will be charged by the hotel as for the first night.
If you do not cancel and do not arrive you will be charged by the hotel as for the first night (no-show case).
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up to 2 days before your arrival date, by accessing My Booking page.

It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE/ADVANCED".

04 August - 25 August: (both in Hotel and in Residence)
Pre payment is requested: 25% of the total rate within 3 days from the date of reservation. 100% of the total Rate within 14 days before the date of arrival. Without prepayment the reservation won't be accepted. You will be conctacted by the hotel after reservation to set all details for the pre payment. For cancellations within 14 days before the date of arrival: 50% of the pre-paid ammount as penalty. For late cancellations or no show: 100% of the pre paid ammount as penalty.
From 24 June - 04 August and from 25 August- 29 September:
(In Hotel)
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the date of arrival. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged with the cost of 1 night's stay as a penalty.
(In Residence)
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the date of arrival. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged with the cost of 3 night's stay as a penalty.



The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
