We loved this hotel! Only thing that gave us pause is that many of the walls are glass and we were there days after the big earthquake ! But we were fine. The rooms were spacious and well equipped, all the plumbing worked (what you are grateful for in China!), it was splendid to have a full kitchen for breakfast and snacks and wonders of wonders the laundry had both washers and dryers. If we'd brought out laptops, we could have used the internet that is in the rooms along with all kinds of cable TV, but we didn't so we went across the street to the Internet Cafe. We loved being able to walk to the Muslim Quarter, the Drum and Bell Tower and many other interesting parts of Xi'an. Despite being only a block from many tourist sites, the rooms were totally quiet. It was a short cab (or long walk) to the bus station for buses to the Terra Cotta warriors. We spent two nights and I wished we could have stayed longer.

My partner, daughter and I stayed in a one bedroom apartment. It was very nice and we really appreciated the extra space compared to the usual hotel. Plus being an apartment the facilities were very good. Location was fantastic right in the centre of town and could walk easily to all central locations. We booked through Wotif and got a good rate so was very pleased with the value.

We stayed at the Citadines Xian Central recently for one night and was very impressed with the hotel. The hotel is in an excellent location just less than 5 minute walk tyo the airport shuttle bus stop. The rooms are very well appointed complete with LCD TV and DVD player. The staff were very helpful and efficient. Overall an excellent hotel in top location and excellent value for money.
