We selected this after going thru website, calling up their reservation office. The main criteria was it should be peaceful from the hustle bustle. We liked the hotel layout(but no lifts). The food was good. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Room service was quite efficient. Breakfast near swimming pool was nothing great. But ---- the toilet was bad. We had to make many requests for hot water. Worst case one morning there was no water at all!!!!! All the pumps broke down. thankfully we had a stored a bucket of water to at least wash our faces in the morning! and while checking out no apologies (forget giving discounts or any such compensation.) We left with a very bad taste in mouth.
