This was my first visit to the hotel (claims itself to be the only five star in Navi Mumbai). The drive to the hotel was quite smooth (had taken a hotel car), the driver was surprisingly pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable about the city. The car was a SUV (Honda) and given my preference for Honda cars, it was a delight to travel such a distance. The check in was quick and on reaching my room, I found it to be clean, well maintained, the d?cor was simple, bed was comfortable, there was a fruit platter,& a letter from the hotel welcoming me. The breakfast spread in the coffee shop the next morning was impressive and was a good mix of local and western dishes, nicely presented. The Gym could have been bigger but was very well equipped, though I stuck to my basic cardio workout. The staff were friendly, attentive, well trained & knew the equipment in an out. The pool was outdoors and although I did not use it, could have been an ideal place to relax on a weekend. The bar was kind of classy and had furniture with impressive styles and patterns. The staff were polite and would not overindulge in talks, something that I certainly liked as I wanted to enjoy my drink without talking. I was recommended the Chinese specialty restaurant for dinner by the reception. And I found the restaurant staff very attentive, enthusiastic with a goof knowledge of the menu. The d?cor was again simple and atmosphere soothing. The portion size was amazing, the service was quick, pick of the menu was the Salt Baked Chicken & I enjoyed the evening there. The Indian Food in the coffee shop the next day was sumptuous & delicious - again with hearty portions. Overall, I found the quality of food to be good and came as a big respite to me as I had some un pleasant experiences with other hotels in the past. The hotel had good, well trained people and I had an enjoyable stay there. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anybody.

Mainly a business hotel but if you've done all the touristy things in Bombay and want to chill for a few days this is also a great place. The food is excellent and would please the most demanding gourmet. Service is excellent. It's quite small and friendly and architecturally interesting. One to one and a half hours to the airports it's on a par with Colaba in that respect.

I stayed in The Park on business. The overall experience was excellent - modern, but understated decor, high quality food, very clean rooms, and good service. The only niggles we had were minor - on two occasions, booked hotel cars failed to turn up; on one instance, the staff dispatched a car straight away and claimed it had "just set off" (slightly naughty - if they'd just said it hadn't come, we could've gotten a lift then and there with a friend, rather than waiting around for the car to arrive), and on another there was an interminable wait for a Mumbai Taxi to arrive when the booking had disappeared and all the hotel cars were unavailable. On Friday and Saturday night, there was relatively loud music playing, just about audible in the hotel room - presumably from the function suite rather than the restaurants, which were pretty quiet. This made getting to sleep slightly more stressful than usual, but the music subsided after around 2330. Of the four restaurant/bars onsite, the three which we tried (all bar the Chinese restaurant) were of a high quality, with attentive waiting staff in abundance, a good selection of food and drink, and high culinary standards. The buffets were particularly good. By Mumbai standards the food was relatively expensive, but cheaper than some - and by the standards of a good restaurant in a european hotel, a bargain. Nice touches included several morning papers as standard, fresh fruit in the hotel room, a good selection of teas and (unfortunately only instant) coffee, a vial of fragrance left on the bed during turndown, and fresh flowers. In-room Internet Access was fast and reliable, but unfortunately ethernet only (so bring that Cat5!), and a touch on the pricey side (prices weren't advertised on the portal page used to 'enable' your internet access when you connect). Comfortable bed, good fresh linens, high quality towels, and a good assortment of pillows to add comfort to the slightly hard chair at the desk in the room. Would definitely stay again.
